Successful meetings and conventions are the result of excellent planning. Whether it’s a corporate sales meeting, or an annual board meeting, let our team help you put together a successful meeting, from beginning to end. We have helped successful meetings take place in some of the most unlikely places, such as onboard cruise ships that are “positioning”…a term given to a ship relocating its berthing prior to a particular cruise season. These costs are less than a hotel, and offer maximum privacy at sea…where meeting attendees can give their full devotion to the meetings in progress. We have lots of creative ideas and locations for you to make these events successful.
We will help you in selecting locations that are cost-effective, and provide all the services required, such as state-of-the-art meeting rooms with audio-visual services and equipment, competitive group room rates, and even meal plans with Banquet requirements fulfilled to your group’s specifications.
With our global connections and ground services support teams, we can provide you with the following Meeting Planning Services:
- Site research and selection options
- Venue & supplier contract negotiation
- Meeting registration service
- Communications and coordination
- Meeting rooms management and audiovisual coordination
- Timelines and agenda management
- Air and ground travel coordination
- VIP services
- On-site support with venue, registrations, audiovisual and more
- Food & beverage planning
- Cost containment and budget tracking
- Final invoices review
Unlike other Meeting Planning companies that charge you exhorbitant prices for this kind of planning management, most of our services, with the exception of outsourced staffing of events, are provided at the cost of your travel needs ( we earn our income through the normal selling ofair, hotel, transfers and land touring services.) In some cases, where large group movements ( 50 or more attendees who will travel) are required, then a flat fee per person for group management may be negotiated to cover the costs of making extra staffing and group management available.
